Enforce Liberianization Policy

The President of the Fulah Business Association who is also an Executive of the Liberia Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Bella Diallo has underscored the need for government to see reason to give priority to the improvement of Liberian owned businesses in the country.
He further stated that when Liberian owned small businesses are empowered, they can contribute to the country’s development agenda.According to him, Liberian small business owners have vital roles to play in the progress of the country’s economy.
He made the assertion Wednesday May 2, 2018 in an exclusive interview with this paper in central Monrovia.
The President of the Fulah Business Association reminded everyone that Liberia is all they have, noting that government needs to invest into them.
Diallo however reminded the government of Liberia headed by President Weah to enforce the Liberalization policy law of the Country.
According to him, past, administrations have been unable to enforce the country liberalization policy.
He added that this government headed by President Weah enforcing the liberianization law, will help boost the economy of the country.
The President of the Fulah Business Association stated that it is unfair to see other nationals coming to Liberia, only to see them taking over the country’s economy overnight.
He also called on the government to pay attention to investing in agriculture, noting that agriculture all over the world is a widespread.
According to him, agriculture is another area that can bring about development to the country.
He added that if a country like Liberia is heavily engaged inagricultural activities, she would not be in the business of depending on other countries for food.
The President of the Fulah Business association stated that this is the time for government to see reason to make her citizens get back to the soil and grow more food.
