Konneh Calls For Agriculture Sector Collaboration

The Deputy Director General for Operations and Technical Services at LACRA, Hon. Musa Konneh has called for total collaboration between those operating in the Agriculture sectors, adding that he is pleased with the working relationship among partners in the sector, which by far amounts to a progressive improvement in the sector.LACRA is the regulatory body of government that focuses on Cocoa, Coffee, Palm Oil and other agricultural commodities in the country that can be exported. Director Konneh added that coordination amongst stakeholders in the sector will boom growth in the sector and as well increase local production.
He further maintained that working with stakeholders will singularly impact farmers across the country, and encourage investors to do maximum investment in the sector.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Director General for Rural Broadcasting and host of the new “TV” show at LBS Hon. Boima JV Boima expressed excitement over the presentation done by Hon. Konneh, noting that this was the first edition of the show and Hon. Konneh was his first guest, as the program went very well. Boima referred to the LACRA boss as a passionate government official that wants H. E Dr. George Manneh Weah Succeed. The TV show is called “ALL THINGS ARE CONSIDERED”.
The LACRA boss lauded the Liberian Leader, H.E. George M. Weah for the confidence reposed in him and the immeasurable support given him to reactive and improve the sector, adding that “although we have the support to transform LACRA, we equally depend on you, our partners to give us collective bargaining in order to effectuate our Pro Poor Agenda in the area of agricultural mechanization”. Director Konneh added.
The LACRA-DDGO also expressed delight over the progressive partnership within the LACRA management team.
