LCC Holds First Reinstated Monthly Business Luncheon

The Liberia Chamber of Commerce (LCC) on the 4th of October is expected to hold what is believed to be the first ‘Reinstated’ monthly business luncheon on the 4th floor of Royal Hotel in Sinkor.
According to a press release, the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Professor Wilson A. Tarpeh will serve as Keynote Guest Speaker and Panelist, four speakers and business executives are expected to grace the occasion.Issues expected to be addressed by the Commerce Minister include: the role of his entity, what is the program agenda for the business community; what is the consultative decision making progress in the formulation of policies, regulations and laws affecting business and the economy with line ministries, agencies and international institutions where applicable, what are the challenges and how can the Liberia Chamber of Commerce support his institution’s program agenda?
The dispatch quotes the President of the LCC, Mr. Wendell Addyas saying that during this luncheon, exchange of views on ways of developing and enhancing the economy to attract domestic and foreign investments for jobs, wealth creation, and development in support of the Pro-poor Agenda will be highlighted.
