Missing LD $16Billion Saga

-Presidential Task Force Fails to Report
The Presidential Task force that is charged with the responsibility to investigate and report to the people of Liberia the status of their findings on the alleged missing LD$16 Billion on Friday failed to show up at the Ministry of Information press briefing as was scheduled.Speaking to the press about the failure of the Presidential Task force set up by His Excellency President George Manneh Weah to probe the alleged missing LD$16 billion sometimes ago, the Deputy Spokesman of the Liberian government, who also serves as the deputy minister for Public Affairs at the Ministry of Information, Culture affairs and Tourism (MICAT) Hon Eugene Fahngon said he has received a last minute cancelation from members of the team that they will not be able to show up to give reports of their findings.
Meanwhile the United States counterparts who are on contract under the USAID, the United States Agency for International Development have sent a written communication through the U.S Embassy that they will render the final report after the Christmas and New Year season.
